"Hi Cindy and Team,

Stella and I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent services you provided us when our 2007 Suburban experienced mechanical issues on our recent trip. We were 500 miles from home, taking a tour of our favorite U.P. spots, when the issues arose on Friday night. Early Saturday we contacted you, and although the Service department was closed, you provided a rental vehicle so we could maintain most of our planned activities. We left the Suburban with you in hopes of getting it looked at as soon as possible on Monday.

Despite the service department's Monday morning workload, we were pleased to learn by mid-morning that a technician had already diagnosed the issue and the repairs to the Suburban would be completed shortly, to be followed by a road test. Shortly after Noon, we received some unexpected news from your cashier - first, the repairs to our Suburban were covered under the drive train warranty even though it had amassed over 50,000 miles of use - and second - Newberry Motors waived the rental charges for the rental vehicle! I was quite pleasantly surprised to say the least, so much so I'm not sure I offered a proper 'Thank You!!!' to the cashier.

We genuinely appreciate the concern shown and care provided us by Newberry Motors when we were so far from our home.
